Product support for US and CND customers

Thank you for your interest in ViaMichelin products and services.

We can confirm that ViaMichelin ceased all GPS activity in 2008 and is no longer able to provide mapping updates for ViaMichelin GPS devices.

ViaMichelin continues to provide an email customer response service: pnd-uk@tp.michelin.com for question about the use of your ViaMichelin X-930 and X-970 GPS.

Please visit the ViaMichelin GPS > Product support section on the ViaMichelin website (http://www.viamichelin.co.uk/) where you can find detailed “pdf” user manuals for each device and navigation version.

Regenerating your ViaMichelin portable GPS SD card

In the event of any damage to your ViaMichelin portable GPS SD card, our Customer Service team is able to conduct a complete regeneration of the programs and maps it contains.

This regeneration will match the installed version (programmes and maps published prior to the discontinuation of ViaMichelin GPS activity in 2008).

The SD card should be sent to:

Requesting accessories for your ViaMichelin portable GPS

In any case of loss or damage to an accessory for your ViaMichelin portable GPS, our Customer Service team is available to assess your request for a replacement.
